Festive Season at Buile Hill Park Hall

- Non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required on booking
- The non-refundable full payment must be received no later than 28 days prior to the date of the party
- Payment can be made by cheque, credit/debit card or in cash to our office at Buile Hill Park Hall. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Salford City Council’
- Confirmation of your booking, together with a receipt, will be forwarded to you by email or post
- Whilst every effort will be made for special seating arrangements, these cannot be guaranteed
- Our catering staff must be advised of any dietary requirements or food allergies at least two weeks before the date of the event as we will not be able to accommodate requests on the evening of the function
- Please provide all names in the party with menu choices and any dietary requirements
- Full allergen information is available upon request
- These functions are primarily adult only events although persons over the age of 14 may be permitted by prior arrangement
