Festive Season at Buile Hill Park Hall
We can confirm the following dates for the festive season with full details of menus and prices coming soon.
Please note
- Places are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person
- Please check availability before sending deposit
- The non-refundable final payment must be received no later than 2 November 2026. Any bookings made after this date will require full payment at the time of booking
- Payment can be made by credit/debit card or via BACS
- Payments are to be made by one event organiser and multiple payments will not be accepted
- Confirmation of your booking and receipt number will be forwarded to you
- Whilst every effort will be made for special seating arrangements, these cannot be guaranteed
- Our catering staff must be advised of any dietary requirements or food allergies at least two weeks before the date of the event as we will not be able to accommodate requests on the day/evening of the function
- Please provide all names in the party with menu choices and any dietary requirements
- Full allergen information is available upon request
- These functions are primarily adult only events although persons over the age of 14 may be permitted by prior arrangement
- Any intoxicating liquor found that has not been purchased from the bar will be confiscated and returned at the end of the evening
- Please note that our venues are cashless
